Drone Roof Surveys

SAI is committed to offering our clients peace of mind through safety, thermal imagery, and survey reports on commercial and residential roof systems to understand their roofing needs. Automation helps eliminate risk and man hours so SAI can return the cost to our clients. Most importantly, the client will be educated on their roofing system and be empowered to make better decisions on their future roofing needs.

Safety

Typical roof inspections are often hazardous. Surveyors use crews of multiple works to inspect from the ground, ladders, or physically on the roof. With this comes higher labor costs, more liability due to safety concerns, and limited access. Crews can be downsized to just one or two surveyors with our drones, and the physical risk is nearly non-existent.

Thermal Imagery

Our drones can use advanced thermographic images and videos that show water damage to the structure and heating and cooling efficiency. Finding water damage traditionally requires invasive methods that can result in further damage to your roof. Our thermal images enable us to see water damage below the surface without tearing apart the roof (as pictured here).

Roof reports

We provide a detailed report that includes pictures and measurements of your roof (optional thermal images). We give you an assessment of areas that could be problematic. Our drones create a map of your roof with dimensions of the rise, fall, pitch, length, width, and square footage for your records, insurance company, roofers, and builders.
